Trevor Moore is the Director of Eastern Washington Sales & Marketing and Washington Sales Support. In this capacity, he oversees all sales functions serving the small, mid, and large group market across Washington State. Before joining Premera, Moore held several senior leadership positions with national financial service firms and insurance carriers responsible for sales strategy.
Moore currently serves on the executive board of directors of Leadership Spokane as well as the Inland Northwest Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Trevor holds a B.A. in Finance and Management from Eastern Washington University and an MBA from Ellis College of NYIT.

Dr. Roger Stark is a retired cardiac surgeon and is a health care policy analyst at Washington Policy Center, one of the largest state-based think tanks in the country. He is the author of numerous health care studies including The Impact of Federal Health Care Reform on Washington State and the book “The Patient Centered Solution”. He has had multiple media appearances on both radio and news television. He has testified before Congress on Medicaid, the state health insurance exchanges, and CO-OPs in the Affordable Care Act.
Dr. Stark has served on the Governing Board of Overlake Hospital in Bellevue and is the past Chairman of Overlake’s Foundation Board. He is a member of many professional organizations.

Angela Hayes joined Associated Industries in 2009 where she serves as senior legal counsel. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Hayes was a principal and managing partner at Randall & Danskin, P.S., where her practice emphasized employment, business, and trust litigation and medical negligence defense.
Ms. Hayes received her law degree, summa cum laude, from Gonzaga University in 1998, where she was a Thomas More Scholar and associate editor of the Gonzaga Law Review. Ms. Hayes graduated from the University of Washington in 1991 with degrees in English and Communication, and from Washington State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Ms. Hayes regularly provides training and guidance to Associated Industries’ members regarding a wide range of employment issues, including wage and hour, harassment and discrimination, leave, and disability issues.

Criminal Investigations Overview
Mark has over 35 years of law enforcement experience, having worked for both the Oregon State Police and the Washington State Patrol prior to the Office of the Insurance Commissioner.
Much of his career has been spent working in various investigative assignments. Some of these include Detective Sergeant assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division; Section Commander as a Lieutenant assigned to Narcotics, and as a Division Commander, first as the Captain over the WSP’s Investigative Assistance Division and later the Special Operations Division.
Mark has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Oregon State University. He is a graduate of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) “Leadership in Police Organizations” course. He has obtained supervisor, manager, and executive level certifications from the Criminal Justice Training Commission.
Mark is also a graduate of the DEA’s Drug Unit Commander Academy and the FBI’s National Academy, both at Quantico, Virginia. He is an executive board member of the Washington Association of Sheriffs & Police Chiefs.
Mark is honored to represent the Office of the Insurance Commissioner as the Director of Criminal Investigations. The unit investigates insurance fraud and pursues criminal charges against those involved in various fraudulent schemes.

ZACH SNYDER

Zach Snyder is Director of Government Affairs for Regence BlueShield. In this capacity, he leads legislative advocacy efforts for Regence by working closely with lawmakers to shape health policy at the state capitol in Olympia, Washington.
Prior to working for Regence, Zach held a variety of policy and political roles that include, leading health policy campaigns for the Pew Charitable Trusts in Washington, D.C.; representing the Washington State Dental Association before lawmakers in Olympia, Washington; and managing campaigns for the Washington State Senate to name a few.
Zach earned his J.D., with a health law focus area, from Seattle University School of Law, his M.P.A., with an emphasis in government, from Seattle University Institute of Public Service, and his B.A. in political science from Western Washington University.

Brady Cass is a strategic healthcare executive with over twenty-five years of experience in creating and executing effective business development and marketing strategies. He is effectively able to challenge the status quo of complex business organizations to utilize available assets and leverage community relationships to deliver results highly in competitive environments.
Serving in concurrent executive leadership roles, the President of Asuris Northwest Health serves as the senior leader for Asuris and is accountable for all market facing activities including sales, account management, marketing strategy, distribution channel management, community relations, as well as supporting provider negotiations and regulatory compliance issues.
As the Vice President of Business Development and Account Management for Regence Blue Shield, Brady develops and executes strategies to drive enrollment, retention and revenue targets for the Small Group, Association Heath Plan, and Affinity Program portfolios for both Regence and Asuris.
Brady is a frequent public speaker at community and industry events with a passion in leadership, generational diversity, and health care literacy and was a featured speaker at TedX Spokane in 2016.
A graduate of Eastern Washington University, he is currently enrolled in the Gonzaga University Master of Leadership Studies program and holds a Registered Health Underwriter designation from the American College.
A lifetime native of Washington State, Brady is an active member of the community having served on the board of directors for the Ronald McDonald House of the Inland Northwest, Camp STIX Diabetes Programs, American Red Cross, JDRF, and the Holy Family Hospital Foundation. In addition, he has served on the boards of PrimeSource Credit Union, Downtown Spokane Partnership, and Greater Spokane, Incorporated.

Regulatory Investigations Overview
Tyler Robbins served in the U.S. Navy Security Forces on active-duty for 10 years, as a Military Police officer and Command Criminal Investigator. In that capacity, he conducted and managed criminal investigations at multiple Navy installations, both overseas and in the United States.
He has a BA in Emergency & Disaster Management, and a graduate degree in Christian theology. He has formal training in the investigations field from the U.S. Navy Security Forces Academy, the U.S. Army Military Police School, and the Naval Criminal Investigations Service.
